The CB205 Evinrude Flash Update Cable is designed to be used together with the Evinrude original diagnostic software when working via J2534 Passthru in order to perform the following functionalities:

Replace the oil pump
EMM recovery (the EMM system can be brought back to a communicating level),
Replace injector and write injector data file to EMM
EMM software update (the newest engine map software updates can be uploaded to the E-TEC EMM)

AVDI with active annual subscription is required to purchase this product. The warranty period for this hardware product is 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
