Ventzy Valchev serves as the President of Abrites USA LLC, leading the company’s operations and strategic development across the United States. With more than 10 years of experience within the Abrites organization, he plays a key role in expanding the company’s presence and strengthening its position in the North American automotive technology market.

Ventzy serves as the primary bridge, seamlessly integrating Abrites’ global engineering expertise with the distinct requirements of the U.S. automotive market, ensuring high-quality and convenient solutions.

He works closely with automotive professionals, distributors, and industry partners, overseeing market development, strategic partnerships, and the introduction of advanced diagnostic and programming solutions tailored to the needs of the U.S. market. His expertise effectively combines high-level business development with a granular understanding of automotive software technologies and long-term growth strategy.

Under his leadership, Abrites USA continues to build a strong reputation as a trusted provider of innovative solutions for automotive specialists, focusing on technical excellence, client-centric service, and sustainable market expansion.

Dimitar is a KPMG alumnus with more than 20 years of finance experience in the telecommunications and health care industries. He previously served as CFO for key portfolio companies of Bedminster Capital Management LLC.

He joined Abrites in 2022 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Abrites Ltd.

Nikolay Milchev is a key technical leader at Abrites with over 30 years of experience in designing and delivering complex software solutions for the automotive industry. Since the company’s early days, he has played a central role in the development of its industry-leading VAG technologies.

As R&D Manager Nikolay leads teams responsible for solutions supporting more than 40 vehicle brands worldwide, translating rapidly evolving automotive technologies into reliable, user-focused products. Beyond his technical contributions, he is a dedicated mentor, shaping the next generation of top-tier engineers within Abrites. He is recognized for his commitment to technical excellence, precision, and innovation at a global standard.
